todays calorie intake/diet scheme

50 sit ups before breakfast

Breakfast: special K cereal (112)  with alpro soya lite (41)
green tea-0 cals
total: 153 calories... not bad

1 hour games-tennis

skipped lunch

dinner: piece of wholemeal bread (79 calories)
half a tin of heinz spagetti (120 calories
199 cals total

then a little later
150 cal banana bread eeeek its low cals and everything I suppose but felt a bit guilty with that
tasted nice dipped in my 40 cal highlights hot chocolate though
peppermint tea-2 cals
192 cals


so 192+ 199 + 153

544 cals
that's me for today. :P

I think I'm gonna try the 2468 diet
tomorrow (saturday) 200 cals
sunday: 400 cals
monday: 600 cals
tuesday: 800 cals

:) woah, and I actually feel full up.

gonna be hard deducting 344 cals tomorrow.
May not succeed. or may just need a lot of thinspiration. anyway I'll talk about other stuff in the next entry. xx
